Candace is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years experience in the mental health field. She earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and has experience supporting individuals through various stages of life transition, emotional distress, and personal growth. Her background includes work in community mental health and private practice settings, where she has had the privilege of helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

Candace provides a warm, supportive space for adults and older adults to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Her work focuses on helping clients manage anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

Candace’s approach is predominantly person-centered and conversational, while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to encourage insight, balance, and lasting growth. She believes therapy is a collaborative process—one that helps you reconnect with yourself and move toward greater peace and fulfillment.
