Callie is a compassionate therapist with the ability to have empathy for literally everyone. She uses a blend of therapeutic approaches that are person-centered and trauma-informed. Callie has extensive experience working in the child welfare system and recognizes that trauma presents itself in many forms. She enjoys working with a variety of mental health diagnoses, including adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders. Callie’s clients will find themselves experiencing understanding and transparency during their work together. She draws on techniques and skills from emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and humanistic therapy. Callie also brings humor to the therapy session and identifies sarcasm as her love language.
When she is not at work, Callie enjoys spending time outdoors in the summer and time indoors when it’s cold out, pretending winter doesn’t exist!
