Caleb Exhem is a Clinical Psychologist Doctoral Intern at Ellie Mental Health, dedicated to supporting the mental wellness of individuals across the lifespan. He holds a degree in Behavioral Analysis and General Psychology from Purdue University and is on track to earn his Doctorate in Psychology from Meridian University in December 2026.
Alongside his clinical work, Caleb serves as an active duty Air Force Sergeant stationed at Wright Patterson AFB. His background in emergency management provides unique insight into the needs of military personnel and their families, enriching his empathetic, informed care.
Trained in CBT, DBT, CPT, and ACT, Caleb tailors therapy to each client’s needs, helping them work through trauma, anxiety, and depression in an authentic and empowering way. He has successfully supported teens and adults alike in reaching personal goals and improving their overall well-being.
Passionate about bridging the military and civilian communities in Dayton, Caleb brings both heart and expertise to his work. He believes everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and is honored to support clients on their mental health journey.
