Caitlin Mahoney, LSW

Therapist

Caitlin earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work and obtained her LSW in 2024. She has a strong background in mental and behavioral health, working with youth in residential and inpatient treatment settings. With experience supporting children, teenagers, families, and young adults, Caitlin helps clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral concerns, life adjustments, and severe and persistent mental illness. She takes a person-centered, individualized approach, recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Her goal is to meet each client where they are, fostering growth and resilience in a supportive and collaborative space. Caitlin’s therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, family systems theory, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). No matter what challenges you’re facing, she is here to help.
Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys reading, skiing, baking, and spending time outside with her dogs.
