Bryton Wilson, LPC

Therapist

My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can exhale, show up exactly as you are, and feel truly seen without judgment.

I use a blend of multicultural counseling, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, all through a trauma-focused lens. In other words, I tailor therapy to you. I’ll bring structure when you need it, compassion when it feels hard to give yourself, and curiosity to better understand your story and your strengths.

I especially love working individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and psychosis. These struggles can feel isolating, and I deeply believe in your ability to heal and grow! Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll celebrate the small wins, sit with the tough moments, and build practical tools to help you move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

Most of all, I want therapy to feel like a safe, comforting space where you can breathe a little easier and begin to imagine what life could look like with more peace, balance, and self-compassion. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—I’ll walk with you every step of the way.

In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, exploring new cuisines, and practicing yoga, all of which enrich my holistic approach to wellness and self-care.
