Bryson Corbett, BA, MA

Clinical Intern

Bryson is a counseling intern currently pursuing a master’s degree at Kean University. He graduated summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey, where he majored in Psychology and Criminology with a specialization in Social Psychology.

He values the sacred space of counseling, viewing it as a non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Bryson views the therapeutic relationship as one between fellow travelers and is honored to walk alongside clients in their journey. His practice is primarily influenced by Existential Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, blending meaning-making and self-awareness with practical, evidence-based strategies. He also draws inspiration from Solution-Focused principles that emphasize client strengths and forward movement.

He believes in supporting clients not only in achieving their goals but also in cultivating personal growth and inner resilience. Outside of counseling, he enjoys staying active, recognizing the strong connection between physical well-being and mental health.
