Bryn is passionate about helping individuals develop skills and foster strengths to thrive in one’s life. Bryn excels at building positive, therapeutic rapport with people through her warm personality and sense of humor. Bryn is skilled in developing creative, solution-focused interventions relevant to each individual’s unique needs. Bryn has experience with a variety of evidence based techniques including CBT, DBT, strength-based counseling, LGBTQ counseling, solution-focused counseling, and trauma-informed interventions.

Bryn has primarily treated adults and adolescents and strongly encourages the development of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and self-advocacy skills. Bryn’s experience providing treatment in an Intensive Outpatient Setting has led to the development of a variety of skills when working with persons with varying diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar disorders, PTSD, ADHD, Personality Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Bryn has experience in treating persons who have experienced past and/or current trauma, abuse, neglect and have experienced highly dysfunctional upbringings. Bryn has a passion for helping people develop self-worth and to alter negative messages they may hold about themselves. Bryn believes that everyone has worth and can learn to value themselves. Bryn finds importance in exploring our inner selves and working towards utilizing personal strengths to achieve wellness and life goals.
