Brooke works with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotion regulation, behavior issues, life transitions, and stress. She utilizes client-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches to best serve clients. She also implements developmentally appropriate non-directive play therapy when working with children. Brooke has a masters degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in clinical mental health counseling. Her counseling goal is to form collaborative therapeutic alliances through respect, understanding, and positive regard.
