Brittany has over five years of experience as a psychotherapist in private and public sectors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Southern University in 2012. She received a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health from Lamar University in 2018, and she is currently earning a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Grand Canyon University. Brittany has a number of specialty areas which include: mood disorders, adolescents, offenders, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. She specializes in Cognitive Behavior Intervention and Solution Focused Therapy, which encourages one to challenge distorted cognitions and attitudes in order to life a more fulfilling life.
