Bridget is a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor who earned her master’s degree from Bridgewater State University. She takes an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. Utilizing evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and multicultural counseling—she provides collaborative, culturally responsive care to foster healing and growth.
With experience in higher-level care settings, including partial hospitalization programs, Bridget has worked with kids, adolescents, and adults in both group and individual therapy. She has supported clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma-related diagnoses, psychosis, and substance use concerns.
