Bridget has experience working with complex trauma, substance issues, depression, and anxiety. She aims to incorporate a holistic approach to therapy, working alongside you as we explore the mind-body connection. Bridget enjoys working with all ages and backgrounds – using techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, art therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She uses a collaborative and direct approach to sessions, walking beside you while giving you a push when needed.
