Brianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. Receiving her Master of Science at Brenau University in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology/Psychological Assessments. Prior to her Master’s degree, she studied at Florida Atlantic University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Brianna Brooks has worked in the mental health field for 7 years in various settings. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults address trauma and overcome life challenges. Brianna specializes in depression, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, trauma, family concerns, communication and major life transitions. Brianna approaches her therapy with her “personality” meaning she used professional interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, ACT, Client-Centered Focused, and Emotional Focus Therapy; but she also used humor and creativity to help bridge the gap in therapy and becoming comfortable with therapy. We all go through challenges in our lives, but how we respond and react to situations is what makes us different from others.
