Brian Brennan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned his Master’s degree in Psychology at Bay Path University. Brian has 10 years of experience providing group and individual therapy, believing clients often have the answers to many of the challenges they face. His main area of focus is working with adults with dual-diagnosis (substance abuse disorders with co-occurring mental health conditions), ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depressive disorders, and Bipolar Disorder. Brian believes the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is the foundation necessary to help foster meaningful change. Brian’s favored method of therapy is “Choice Therapy” followed by Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He is also trained in A.R.T. (Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a form of EMDR).
