Brenna Luedtke BeSore

Therapist

Brenna brings a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to her work with clients. She specializes in working with children and parents, particularly those navigating the impacts of generational poverty and systemic barriers. She is passionate about supporting families through a two-generation approach – helping both caregivers and children heal, grow, and thrive. Her practice is culturally responsive and anti-oppressive, with a deep commitment to creating affirming, empowering spaces for all people.

Before stepping into clinical practice, Brenna spent several years working in nonprofits and various mental health settings, where she gained experience walking alongside families and advocating for meaningful, systemic change. She brings this social justice lens into every session, while acknowledging the impact that racism, classism, ableism, and other forms of systemic oppression can have on mental health.

Outside of work, Brenna enjoys being in nature – whether that’s kayaking, foraging, or just spending time outdoors. She also has a love for art and creativity, often finding inspiration and grounding through painting, drawing, and crafting.
