Brenda is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with previous experience in both residential and outpatient clinical settings. She provides care for clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Brenda brings deep empathy to her work, guided by the belief that no one should have to suffer alone and that healing is possible with support and understanding.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Brenda helps clients build practical coping tools, strengthen emotional resilience, and move forward with clarity. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds feel respected, heard, and valued. Brenda’s goal is for every client to leave her office feeling more empowered and confident in themselves so they can make the lasting changes in their lives that they are seeking.
Sessions are available both in person and virtually to ensure flexibility and accessibility.
Brenda enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, especially her two young grandchildren, ages 2 and 3. She loves being outdoors—particularly when it involves sunshine, water, or a beach—and finds joy in walking, traveling to the ocean or soaking up nature whenever the weather is warm.
