Breighoné Brown is a clinical social worker with experience working with youth, families, geriatric, as well as young adults in inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, advocacy centers, foster care, hospital, and corrections. Bre has a passion for helping survivors of trauma and abuse using motivational interviewing and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Bre also employs empathy, mindfulness and spirituality practices, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to help clients overcome depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidal ideation, and personality disorders. Trained in play therapy and sand-tray therapy, Bre partners with caregivers to help children of all ages learn skills to manage their ADHD and/or ODD symptoms. Born in raised in Hilton Head Island, SC, Bre enjoys spending her free time exploring the DMV.
