In collaboration with each client, she identifies their unique needs and then develops interventions to guide them toward meeting their treatment goals. Meredith believes that each client is the author of their own story, assisting individuals with re-writing chapters and creating new ones. She helps clients understand that an emotion itself is not the issue, but rather the expression and one’s personal reaction of it that at times can cause difficulties in their lives. She supports each person holistically utilizing a client-centered approach.
