Benjamin Zeiger is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) who earned his Master’s degree in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in July, 2018. Benjamin has over 5 years’ experience working with adolescents and their families. He has similar experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community. Benjamin’s therapeutic approach is very conversational and is grounded in values of collaboration and transparency. He pairs his clients’ self-knowledge and willingness to change with his own therapeutic expertise, empathic regard, and existential positivity. He actively works to center his clients’ experiences and strives to create an empowering, open, and safe environment in every session. Benjamin is proficient in navigating issues related to emotional intensity (e.g., depression, anxiety, anger, guilt/shame, loss etc.), family relationships, romantic relationships, polyamorous/nonmonogamous relationships, gender identity, sexual identity, kink, communication, forgiveness, and finding purpose.
