Bailey is a masters graduate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She’s a trauma informed therapist who specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ community. Bailey believes that therapy is a team effort between the client and therapist working to meet your goals.
Prior to joining Ellie, Bailey worked with The Village Family Service Center and Minnesota Mental Health Center.
When not at work, Bailey is a proud plant parent and avid animal lover spending time with her hairless cats and sugar gliders.
