Baila works with children, teens, adults, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, family concerns, or major life changes. She understands that starting therapy can feel overwhelming and works to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
Baila earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Wayne State University. She has experience in child welfare, adoption services, residential treatment, and behavioral health, working with individuals and families through a wide range of challenges.
Her approach is warm, practical, and tailored to each client. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed, strengths-based care to help clients better understand what they are experiencing, develop healthier coping skills, and make changes that feel meaningful and manageable.
