Aubrey has completed her licensed professional counseling degree from Lindenwood University. Afterwards, she worked a few years on the suicide hotline and for a nonprofit before joining the Ellie family. Aubrey has experience working with people in crisis, trauma, survivors of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and people dealing with suicidal ideations. She is personable, compassionate, and openminded on various topics. She is person centered, however uses multiple modalities to meet your individual needs. She aims to meet clients where they are while providing a space for clients to express past and present concerns. She will collaborate with the client to identify the best coping skills and strategies to meet their individual goals. Aubrey’s goal is to make you feel heard, validated, and accepted. She believes that you are the expert of your story, and trust is a crucial foundational piece to the process.
