She is open to helping all people, but her specific areas of interest include: depression, anxiety, chronic illness management/chronic fatigue, grief and loss, life transitions, family of origin issues, young adults, new moms, pre-marital and faith-based counseling.
When Ashley is away from work she relishes spending time with her husband, two teenage children, and her sweet dog. Aside from family life, she loves cheering for any Minnesota sports team (Go Vikes, Go Twins!), traveling to anywhere tropical, attending concerts, and enjoying the great outdoors for all Minnesota’s beautiful seasons!
