Ashley is an associate therapist (Supervisee in Social Work) whose therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and begins, first and foremost, by meeting the client where they are at. She believes strongly that each person is an expert in themselves and that the therapeutic relationship requires a strong foundation of trust and openness to guide future work. Ashley works with teens struggling with severe anxiety, depression, mood and thought disorders, attention/concentration difficulties, impulsivity, substance abuse, self-injurious behavior, low self-esteem, trauma and interpersonal conflict. Ashley utilizes aspects of CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and person-centered interventions in her work. In her free time, you’ll most likely find Ashley traveling, spending time with loved ones, exploring new places locally or relaxing with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
