Ashley Ong, LPC-IT, ATR-P

Therapist

Ashley is a Vietnamese-Filipina Art Therapist and Mental Health Therapist who has served diverse and multicultural youth communities in the Milwaukee, Racine, West Bend, and Hartford areas. She has experience in working with youth and adults through trauma, major life transitions, depression, anxiety, and accumulated stress from life adversities. Ashley’s counseling style is warm, collaborative, culturally sensitive, and empowering to the unique individuals that come to her space. She utilizes art therapy as a means of helping her clients process their emotions, stories, and traumas that their bodies often hold and feel, yet cannot express. Traditional talk therapy may be incorporated as a modality of self-expression and open-dialogue, in addition or alternative to art therapy.

Ashley’s goal is to encourage her clients to integrate their strengths and resiliency into their journey of self-expression and growth. She recognizes that starting a new journey can often feel like an overwhelming challenge — however, she strives to be the supportive companion needed when venturing into a new realm of understanding oneself.
