Ashley comes to us with wide array of experience, ranging from behavioral and mental health to working with individuals with disabilities. Because of this, she is well-versed in working with diverse populations and understands that each individual is unique; therefore, their needs are, as well. She is completing her licensing hours for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree, and her interests include OCD, trauma, anxiety, and depression, to name a few.
Ashley enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults alike through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed-care, and person-centered therapeutic techniques. She understands the vulnerability and courage it takes to seek counseling and respects each individual’s unique needs and views on the matter. Her compassion, desire to help others overcome challenges, and her ability to listen without judgement, make her a qualified candidate for most needs and she looks forward to the opportunity to work together.
