Therapist

It begins with wanting change. That’s how I found art therapy. I needed a different way to express how I was feeling. A space that wasn’t ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. A space to be myself safely and freely. In the fluid world of my creative pursuits I love to play with a range of media—including watercolors, pens, macrame, photography and ceramics—and I try to look for beauty in unconventional expressions. I find solace in the safety of creativity. As an Art Therapist, that safe space is a natural part of what I give. I love working with people as they navigate their life challenges because it’s a constant reminder of our strengths and fortitude as humans. I am affirming and containing while also giving you the freedom to try new things and be imperfect as you grow new parts of yourself.
