Therapist

How do you want to live your one precious life?
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, low self-worth, or a
quiet sense of disconnection, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reconnect with your
inner wisdom, and move toward the life your soul is longing for.
I’m a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), National Board-Certified Health &
Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), yoga and meditation teacher, and Reiki practitioner. I
specialize in holistic, somatic, trauma-informed, and integrative therapy for adults who are
ready to explore the deeper layers of their experience and live a life aligned with their
values and truth.
I employ a humanistic approach that is collaborative, soul-centered, and grounded in
presence. I draw from Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Somatic Therapy,
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Therapy to
tailor sessions to your unique needs. Somatic practices are often woven in to support
nervous system regulation and trauma healing on a deeper, embodied level.
Clients often describe me as grounded, compassionate, and deeply attuned. I work best
with sensitive, introspective people who want more from life but don’t always know where
to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out – I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, spending quiet time with myself, sharing laughter
with my husband, cuddling with my cat, Waffles, and pushing myself through a good
workout or hike.
If something in you is ready for change, let’s talk. I’m currently accepting new clients
and would be honored to support your healing journey.
