Ariel earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2024. She is also a two-time alumna of Indiana University-Bloomington, holding both a BS in Community Health and a Master of Public Health. Ariel integrates her public health and mental health background to provide empathetic, culturally relevant care.
Ariel is committed to serving others. Her experience includes roles as an ABA therapist for children and teens with autism, a grief support facilitator, clinical research staff at IU, and a certified QPR instructor. She uses a person-centered approach with modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailoring her methods to each client’s unique needs. She also incorporates humor, play, and creative expression to enhance the therapeutic experience.
Ariel supports children, adolescents, and adults (ages 10+) facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relational issues, grief, trauma, and ADHD. Ariel believes in empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. Brene Brown said, “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen,” and Ariel is honored to support you when you take that step.
