I approach therapy with a holistic lens, recognizing the importance of healing the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected parts of the whole person. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My work is grounded in the belief that we all possess innate strengths that can guide us toward resilience and self-discovery. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths and create pathways toward healing and greater well-being. Some of my approaches include CBT, DBT, existential psychology, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based therapy, meditation, body-oriented psychotherapy, and spirituality. I have experience working with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity struggles, adjustment disorders, and substance use.
