Annika is a validating and insightful therapist who brings a sense of humor and authenticity to her sessions. She believes that every client is the expert in their own lives and seeks to walk with them on their mental health journey. She utilizes a Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral perspective in her work; as well as a toolbox of other strategies for when you are feeling stuck. Annika recently became certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat clients struggling with trauma.
Outside of work, Annika enjoys focusing on her creative outlets, spending time with loved ones, hiking with her dogs, and watching too many crime documentaries.
