Annie is passionate about providing inclusive, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. She believes in honoring each person’s identity and lived experience and work to create a safe, supportive environment where people can feel seen, heard, and valued. Annie has a particular interest in supporting individuals exploring alternative forms of recovery, including harm reduction approaches and non-traditional pathways to healing. They are also deeply committed to working with clients navigating family estrangement, helping them process complex emotions and cultivate meaningful connections—whether with family of origin or chosen family.
Annie has experience supporting individuals coping with chronic health conditions, adjustment to life changes, and strengthening family communication and connection. They believe healing happens in relationship—with ourselves and with others—and strive to foster a therapeutic partnership built on trust, humor, and genuine connection.
Outside of therapy, you can find Annie exploring hiking trails with their dogs, spending time in saunas, or enjoying dessert with her friends and family.
