Annie Miles, MA is a mental health counselor working toward licensure (LMHC) in Massachusetts. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, where she also completed her clinical internship with BC’s Sport Counseling program. There, she discovered how much she enjoys supporting athletes and individuals navigating performance, pressure, and life transitions.
Before entering the mental health field, Annie worked in elementary education across various school settings in the Boston area—an experience that continues to inform her warm, engaging style and her ability to connect with clients of all ages. She is especially passionate about working with individuals seeking support through life transitions, interpersonal challenges, generalized anxiety, or trauma-related concerns.
Annie’s therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered, solution-focused, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) frameworks. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported. With a collaborative, strengths-based mindset, she meets each client where they are in their mental health journey and works with them to co-create meaningful, attainable goals.
Annie strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as they are, explore their experiences with curiosity, and build confidence along the way. Her hope is that, together, you’ll develop deeper self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and feel empowered to face life’s challenges with greater authenticity and clarity.
