Anna is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Anna is a new North Carolina resident from rural Minnesota. Anna graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Development at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Anna specializes in working with kids, families, and adults with diverse backgrounds and a variety of concerns. Anna primarily takes an Experiential Therapy approach. She integrates play, sand, art, music, and sensory based therapy approaches in sessions with clients of all ages. She has specialty in working with individuals and families who have experienced adoption, attachment injuries, and traumas. Anna strives to create a safe and creative environment for people to explore and grow. Specializations: TF-CBT CBT/DBT inspired skills Red Cross Disaster Mental Health PESI Telehealth Assessment, Conceptualization, and Diagnoses of Mental Health Disorders in Young Children using the DC:0-5 Experiential Play Therapy Permanency and Adoption Competency Certification Sandtray/Sandplay Adlerian Play Therapy. When Anna is not in the office, She enjoys spending time with her dogs, crocheting, and being outside in the sunshine.
