Anna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a degree in psychology and a Master’s in Social Work from Ole Miss. She has worked with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including group practices, schools, and a child advocacy center.
Anna sees clients ages 6-25. She has extensive experience working with clients who have Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, struggles with emotional regulation, giftedness, impulsivity, OCD, panic, relationship struggles, social issues, academics challenges, and young adult issues.
While Anna’s main therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she takes an eclectic and personalized approach to treatment. She firmly believes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution and collaborates with her clients to find what works best for them. Her ultimate goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop coping skills, and feel empowered in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Anna, a former college athlete, loves staying active—whether it’s running, biking, or just enjoying a sunny day outside. She also cherishes quiet evenings with a good book but equally loves spending time with her friends and family.
