Anna, is a compassionate and dedicated master’s level social worker with a strong passion for improving the lives of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. With a background rooted in one-on-one work, Anna specializes in supporting clients as they navigate trauma and the often uncomfortable symptoms that come with healing.
A proud Buckeye, Anna earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. She began her career at OSU’s Nisonger Center, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and has since developed extensive experience in treating co-occurring mental health conditions.
Anna takes a person-centered approach, empowering each client to guide their own healing journey and supporting autonomy every step of the way. Drawing from an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing – Anna tailors treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs.
