Angie enjoys working with families and individuals of all age groups but especially adolescents and adults.
Angie believes that every person is doing the absolute best that they can with the tools they are given and sometimes we just need a little extra support and guidance. She views every person within the context of their family/community and therefore she believes mapping out and exploring family dynamics is of great importance. But, by far the most important aspect is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Angie values creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for the client on their journey. She enjoys using elements of movement, nature, art, laughter, and mindfulness in the therapy process.
Angie’s passion is working with families and individuals that are impacted by depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, addiction, and grief/loss
