I am passionate about helping individuals overcome the challenges that trauma can create. I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University in Virginia. My professional training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialized expertise in dissociative disorders, relational trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My goal is to help clients uncover practical coping strategies while providing a safe space to explore and heal past wounds.

Together, we’ll work toward creating a more resilient and fulfilling future. I have extensive experience working with Complex Trauma, Developmental PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Domestic Violence and Depression, Anxiety, and Suicidality. My approach is direct yet compassionate, empowering clients to face challenges head-on while feeling fully supported throughout their journey. Whether you’re looking for a knowledgeable trauma specialist or someone who can provide genuine care and practical tools for change, I’m here to help.
