Angela is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University.

She specializes in trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based therapy, and grief and loss therapy using an eclectic, evidence-based approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Brainspotting.

Angela works with teens and adults, providing individual and couples counseling with a focus on past trauma, attachment history, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. She includes a wealth of life experience in her practice and helps couples navigate relational struggles, including infidelity, guiding them toward healing, clarity, and lasting, meaningful change.
