Ana Krah, LMFTA (She/Her), is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in North Carolina, specializing in working with marginalized communities. She holds a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a certification in Systemic Multicultural Counseling, with training in Cognitive-Behavioral, Structural, and Narrative Family Therapy.
Ana uses a client-centered, integrative approach, combining evidence-based practices with a compassionate environment. She empowers clients to overcome obstacles and lead fulfilling lives.
She works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, and has extensive experience with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions. Inspired by her passion for helping others and the resilience of healthy family dynamics, Ana provides a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and develop effective coping strategies.
Outside of practice, Ana enjoys lake days, movies, and spending time with her family and friends.
