Amie is a master’s level Clinical Mental Health Counselor with specialized certifications in Sleep Science and Stress Management. Having received her master’s degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College, Amie has over ten years of experience supporting individuals and families.
Amie provides counseling services to adolescents and adults, with a specialized focus on supporting first responders as a Certified First Responder Associate (CFRA). Her integrative, person-centered approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and somatic techniques, specializing in working with trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety and sleep issues.
