Amber Gale is a compassionate, person-centered, strength based/purposeful clinician. They believe highlighting the positives will help with the changes in life as a human. Amber is an outside-of-the-box thinker when it comes to finding ways to help nurture success and authenticity. They believe that listening to the narrative will provide opportunities and insight.
They can be in person or on Tele-health. They are flexible with time and have openings during regular hours and evenings 4-6pm.
They accept clients from adolescence to the golden years. They specialize in working with Queer identities, housing instability, anxiety, addictions, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, PTSD, death/dying, grief, everyday stressors, crisis intervention, adverse life events, veterans, and helping helpers. Humans are complex and unique, just like your care from Amber.
Amber is open to facilitating small-group, family, or individual therapy.

Amber loves family, traveling the world and their pets. They graduated from UW Madison with a master’s degree in social work focused on mental health. They are a licensed social worker in MN.
