Amanda Myers, MA, LMHCA

Therapist

I recently earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University and specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I spent several years supporting youth and families from diverse backgrounds in school, community, and home-based settings. Areas of experience include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, and child behavioral concerns.

It’s important to me to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. My person-centered approach integrates cognitive-behavioral, play therapy, trauma-informed, and strengths-based techniques to help individuals develop emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills while navigating life’s challenges.
