Allison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Gettysburg College and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Play Therapy from Plymouth State University.

With experience in group private practice, schools, and therapeutic summer camps, Allison enjoys understanding each client’s story. Guided by her past supervisor’s advice to “always stay curious,” she works with clients ranging from toddlers to young adults, employing various approaches including play therapy. Allison, a nationally rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) provider and supervisor, leverages CPP’s trauma-informed treatment for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers, emphasizing the power of play in children’s communication.

In her free time, Allison enjoys skiing, arts and crafts, and listening to Taylor Swift.
