Allie provides services to people of all ages from a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, utilizing art therapy, mindfulness, and grounding techniques. In addition to training in art therapy, Allie has also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Sand Tray. Allie specializes in working with adults and teens experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, relationship conflicts, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Through a caring and collaborative relationship, Allie aims to hold a safe space in which individuals can develop new coping skills and perspectives, safely process trauma at their own pace, and improve overall well-being. Allie received a Masters Degree in Art Therapy from George Washington University in 2019. Allie is a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia.
