Alexis is a Licensed Social Worker currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of North Dakota. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering space for her clients. Guided by the NASW Code of Ethics, Alexis honors each person’s right to self-determination and believes in meeting clients where they are—with empathy, respect, and authenticity.
With a background in medical social work, Alexis is experienced in addressing the social determinants of health and supporting individuals through complex life and health challenges. She brings a person-centered, collaborative approach to her work and values building trusting, therapeutic relationships. Alexis is especially passionate about helping people navigate transitions, manage anxiety, and process grief and loss.
Outside of work, Alexis finds joy in spending time by the lake, trying new recipes, and being with her dog.
