Additionally, Alanna works closely with those struggling with anxiety, OCD, negative thoughts, and those looking to better their relationship dynamics. Alanna takes an individualistic approach and uses one’s culture, identity, and life experience as the foundation for treatment. Alanna utilizes an array of therapeutic techniques, encompassing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Alanna encourages clients to stretch their limits, using art, writing, and play in her sessions. Her approach is both warm and energetic, effectively aiding clients through difficult challenges, providing varied pathways for healing and symptom management.
