Alana is passionate about helping young adults and adults (ages 16+) navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical tools for healing. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, uncover patterns, and build confidence in their ability to move forward.
With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health, Alana brings deep expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based—always tailored to each person’s unique story and strengths.
In addition to her work with clients, Alana serves as a clinical supervisor and continues to shape the next generation of therapists as a Visiting Professor at Oakland University. Her dedication to the field extends beyond the therapy room—she has volunteered with Give an Hour, supported mental health and suicide prevention initiatives through the Thaar Care Foundation, and contributed to the Michigan Counseling Association as Development Chair.
Alana’s goal is to help clients rediscover their inner resilience and feel empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
