Aimee Whisler, AMFT

Therapist

Life can be messy, relationships can feel broken, and anxiety can become exhausting. Sometimes people lose sight of who they are or where they’re headed, but Aimee Whisler believes change is possible and hope is never out of reach.

Aimee became a Marriage & Family Therapist because she believes people are capable of incredible growth when they have someone walking alongside them with compassion, honesty, and encouragement. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, her goal is not only to help clients navigate difficult seasons but also to help them build healthier, more connected, and more hopeful lives.

She enjoys helping couples reconnect, strengthening family relationships, and equipping individuals with practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices while honoring each person’s unique story.

Aimee believes meaningful growth happens when people feel supported enough to be honest with themselves. She strives to create a space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and appropriately challenged as they work toward lasting change. One of her greatest joys is helping clients recognize they are not defined by their past and celebrating the progress they make along the way.

For clients who desire it, Aimee also offers faith-integrated counseling that incorporates Christian beliefs and values into the therapeutic process.
