Abby just completed her Master of Arts from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Clinical Counseling with a graduate certificate in Addiction in August of 2024. She is currently in pursuit of two licensures, LPCC and LADC. She has been working in the mental health field for 4 years in various roles and has experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and complex trauma. Abby has been with Ellie Mental Health for over 1 year working with many populations throughout the Twin Cities.
Working in the Edina clinic, Abby strives towards creating long and meaningful relationships with clients through therapy. Abby uses both cognitive behavioral approach and existential strategies within the therapeutic settings to help the clients meet their goals.
Outside of work, Abby is a volleyball coach, enjoys spending time in nature, seeing live music, and spending time with friends and family.
