Abigail received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with a range of presenting concerns including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, interpersonal problems, and identity development. Abigail takes a holistic approach to counseling by blending modalities of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), feminist therapy, existential therapy, and family systems therapy to address an individual’s unique needs. Her goal is to create a collaborative and authentic environment to help her clients thrive.
